Magic Keyboard won't pair using Bootcamp - Windows 10 - Bluetooth

Been using Windows 10 since it came out with no issues. I had noticed that my Magic Keyboard stopped working (unless I directly attached it via the USB outlet on my IMAC) so I attempted to unpair and repair it.

Unfortunately, the keyboard never shows up in the list of discovered bluetooth items when using Windows 10. Everything works fine when using the OS X side.

I have read that I need to press COMMAND and W to get the Magic Keyboard into pairing mode but it has no effect when I attempt to do that. What am I doing wrong and how do I get the 2nd gen Magic keyboard into pairing mode so Windows 10 can see it and pair?

Thanks!
