I need to migrate data [photos, contacts, calendar events, etc.] from one iCloud account to another iCloud acount on my iMac. This will match it to my iPhone iCloud account. Please assist me with instrucitons. Thank you.

If the data is on the phone and at iCloud.com using the new account, just sign out of iCloud and sign in with the new ID. It should sync. Otherwise, export the data from the iCloud account to your Desktop, for example Calendar/File/Export, change iCloud and import the data.
