How do I get my money back from a hulu subscription

I've recently been billed for a Hulu subscription I didn't authorize and I would like my money back.

Where have you seen this 'bill' ? Is it on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Or have you received a (phishing) email ?


Phishing and similar emails : Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)


If it shows on your account's purchase history and you didn't do it, and nobody else has access to the account or devices/computers, contact iTunes Support : https://support.apple.com/contact . And change yourtheaccount's password http://appleid.apple.com - after changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.


If it is a phishing email that you've received you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com

Is it a genuine email from iTunes, is the email personalised (iTunes know your full name) or 'dear customer' etc. ? The links in my above reply should help you identify if it's a genuine email, and if it's genuine it should show on the account's purchase history and on : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
