Way to let the Touch Bar always show F1-F12

Any way to always show the F1-F12 instead of pressing function button? It seems a bit annoying to just want to access the function key in one tap especially when you installed Windows on Mac. I need to do it for coding. Now only when function key is press and hold, the F buttons can be accessed.
