What does "kept a digital message" mean exactly? (All messages are digital, as there are no analog messages on the iPhone. So "digital message" might mean, for example, an email. an SMS message, an IMessage, or a sketch in iMessage.)
And what does "where is it stored" mean exactly? (Items are stored in the iPhone's storage. But they may be stored in iCloud. Or perhaps you mean an application, or a folder.)
Perhaps it would be easier for all of us if you told us what actions you performed, using what applications, what versions of software, and what you are hoping to accomplish.
