Hi 3 years ago I bought a iphone and set it all up e-mail phone lock code ect. So after setting it up I was happy until a week later my work gave me a different one as I had to travel. So after 3 years I have forgot all the information to unlock and even the email information has been lost in time. Can any one tell me how to go to a factor setting so I can start again as the phone has locked me out.

If you have forgotten the passcode for the device you can use this to restore it. However, you will also need to remember the email used to activate the phone. When you get to the activation point, you should see a portion of the email used, and it may trigger a memory. Otherwise, you will have to bring a copy of the original receipt and the device to a physical Apple store for assistance with removing the Activation Lock.
