error occurred while copying the windows installation on bootcamp

on MacBook Pro retina 2015 with Mac OS Sierra I am trying to install windows 10 .64bit whit bootcamp

after downloading support software for windows an error message appears that (an error occurred while copying the windows files) , what is your idea ?User uploaded file

If you need only the BC6 drivers, click on the "Download..." option, otherwise, you can partition and install a new copy of Windows. If you get an error with only the "Download..." option, run Disk Utility First Aid on your internal disk.


If you choose to install Windows, a temporary partition called OSXRESERVED will be created, and the contents of ISO image and the BC6 drivers will be copied to this partition, which is the 'full' Mac Windows installer.


This dialog is used on 2015 and later Macs. See Bootcamp User Interface for reference.
