How do I remove tags over individual songs in my Music app?

Over individual songs in my music app, there is a tag above it that lists the song and also says "By Unknown". I have the Artist, Album Artist all the same in iTunes so I don't know why it does this.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.1.1
