How to pay off early?

I have an iPhone 7 under the IUP. How can I pay off early? I don't see any option anywhere.

The user agreement does not tell you how to pay the loan off early and their web site does not have an option. So I called their toll free phone and got this explaination:

1) Call their phone 888-201-6306 number.

2) Select whatever voice mail options that gets you to a Live operator - There is no explicit pay off early option.

3) Identify yourself by giving them: last 4 SS, Name and date of birth. They never asked me for Loan Number.

4) Tell them you want to pay it off NOW and to charge your credit card of record. I assume there are other methods to pay it off.

5) Wait 24 to 72 hours for transactions to clear. I suppose you can tell status of pay-off from the online account.

6) Once cleared you are free to give/sell to a 3rd party and/or buy a new iPhone on the Apple Upgrade Program.

You pay the bank that holds your installment loan (Citizen One Bank), so you need to see them about paying off early. Surely you got some documentation when you enrolled?

At the botttom of the URL (below) is the contact phone number for Citizen One bank, for questions about your loan.

At the very bottom of that link is a number for Citizen One. I would call them and ask them. All you really need to know is what your balance is (can you not login to your account with them and find that out?) and then change your next payment to that amount. They must provide a web login to your account, even if you have not yet set that up.

With regular Apple financing with Barclays Bank, your loan is simply dumped on a regular Barclays VISA card account, with an outstanding balance and a defined interest free term. You can setup a web login to Barclay VISA and monitor and pay off that balance just as you would with any other VISA card.
