Is late 2012 13" a1425 screen compatible with late 2013 A1502 logic board

Good evening,

I have spilt water on my Late 2012 13" Macbook Pro retina A1425 and it will no longer power on. I want to test if the screen is still functioning to sell for parts ect.

How is best to do this without the machine powering on?

I have a late 2013 13" Macbook Pro retina A1502. Is the screen compatible with it for me to test functionality?

Hi,

Check out ifixit.com and powerbookmedic.com and see if the part numbers are the same between the two years.

Also, look at the take apart and put together instructions; it's a big job you may think twice about, especially considering you don't want to harm your working 2013 MBP....
