Sorry to not be of exacting help in this matter, due to lack of specific
database which an Apple construct may use to connect on your end.
As this is a user-to-user help discussions area, and most here help in
a voluntary status with no affiliation to Apple, as a fellow user in ASC
we don't have special access or status beyond that which you do.
Several 'Peru Postcode' areas appear in some type of unknown arrangement
on this page, and links to other (24) pages (of many numbers in each) with
many regions; each page seems in this seems to start on number 1. This is
distracting due to the fact each page section must be clicked in to see the
names of towns in reference to that specific area.
While this https://per.postcodebase.com/zip may (or not) be comprehensive
this is not ideal for anyone outside that system to understand or direct others.
Hopefully you could contact some local authorizeed re-seller or regional interest
whose business is with Apple and does service/support for Peru. ~ An authorized
Apple Service Provider (independent repairer/re-seller, etc) may be most likely.
Good luck & happy trails! 🙂
