how do I transfer music from my MacBook Air back to my iPhone 5?

I would like to transfer purchased music from iTunes Store (which is stored on my MacBook Air), back to my iphone 5. All the songs were originally on iTunes and purchased/downloaded onto my iPhone 5. But the music is not store on my computer. How do I get iTunes back on my iPhone 5? please and thank you!
