well, it's working before sleep mode, after wake up in windows it's not working again, until I reboot to Mac OS and back to windows.
Mouse set up as microsoft mouse with no any configuration.
Main problem is that I still don't have bluetooth devices and setting in windows.

Delete the mouse pairing on the OS X side, run SMC and NVRAM Reset, re-pair the mouse on the OS X side. Disable Sleep on the Windows side and test if the Mouse works after you open the lid on the Mac. Windows has issues with reloading drivers/re-probing devices across sleep/wake on Macs.
You have the SPI and BT Serial devices. Using a non-BT mouse on the OS X side, un-pair the BT mouse, try to pair it to Windows without the mouse being paired to any other device. If it successfully pairs, then try to pair the mouse to OS X. Have you tried this before?

Under System Devices uninstall the Bluetooth Serial UHE HID device, and make sure that under Bluetooth devices the radio is not there (Code 10, uninstall it). After that install the AppleBluetoothEnablerInstaller64 file.
Go to Device Manager list for Unknown Devices and clicked on the device, and using the Bootcamp driver pack select the driver with title Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator.

Correct, mouse is working 1 of 10 rebooting on windows.
SMC and NVRAM Reset and etc. - done. Mouse doesn't working on wondows side. Mac side working properly.
And still no bluetooth...
