Is this a new W10 installation? Can you run the BC6 setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder and check if the devices come back?
What is the Product ID/Vendor ID of this unknown device? Look under details. The PID/VID should also be visible on the OS X side, which will allow use to check which device this is.
How can I find PID/VID in windows side? Details doesn't show them.
Can you post a screen shot from the Windows Device Manager for future readers and expand the BT tree?

No broadcom UART device in Devices by Connection, but there is unknown device.

Bootcamp control panel is just for trackpad.
Look under Mice and Other Pointing Devices or HID. Is the Mouse set up as a three-button mouse?
Sleep/Wake cause issues with existing driver discovery? Do you have additional unknown devices in Device Manager?
