No. Like with any mechanical button, there is always the potential of wear, however, the button is designed to be pressed and depressed many many times so there is no reason to think it will wear out in any particular time span.
Personally I've never had any home button stop working on any iOS device I've owned.
Normally the Home Button should not wear out after a year (or even many). If you want, see the "If the Home button doesn't work" section of:
Get help with buttons and switches on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
It may or may not. The home button and screen on an iPhone SE are different things.
If the screen breaks its entirely possible the home button can continue to work.
There would need to be extensive damage to the iPhone before the home button would stop working, and at the point it would be hard to tell whether the home button is the one that's not working or something else is wrong with the iPhone due to the damage.
Basically there should be no reason to worry about the home button wearing out, if you use it normally.
So the only way your home button will wear out is if you crack your screen badly
