keypad on wired keyboard no numbers working

numbers on keypad not working, math symbols work, have tried SCM reboot, Cmd-S restart and observed numbers work. Must be a software radio button not enabled.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), macOS Sierra (10.12), iMac14,1

From support page: If your Apple keyboard doesn't work - Apple Support

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, then click Mouse & Trackpad. Make sure Mouse Keys is off. If Mouse Keys is on, pressing keys in the numeric keypad moves the pointer instead of entering numbers.
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Keyboard, then click Input Sources. Select "Show Input menu in menu bar." Choose the Input menu in your menu bar, then make sure the correct keyboard layout is selected.

Keypad number input is working. This solved my problem. Thanks.

I did change browsers from Safari to Firefox.
