My voicemails are not transcribing.

I have an iphone 7, 10.2.1 on the Sprint network. I recently upgraded from the iphone 6s plus to the iphone 7 plus. Now that I have done so my voicemails are not transcribing. As well I am having to click the voicemail multiple times to even get it to open. What is going on and how do I fix this?
