Error (2002) Preventing Restoration.

I am attempting to restore my iPad Mini, Error 2002 keeps occurring. Is there anything I can do at home to fix this issue?

I have tried to turn it off, hold the home button down and plugging it back in to do a restore. I click Restore, then restore and update. It will download the new software and act like its going to work, but then at the very end that error message pops up.
