I have a iPad Air 2 runnng iOS 10.2.1. It gets stuck at in landscape mode on a daily basis. The screen orientation lock is off so I am not sure why it keeps happening. I have to rebbot my iPad every time it happens and it fixes it for a while but doesn't resolve the issue. How can I fix this issue?
Hi. This is a problem that affects only iPad Air 2. It started with iOS 10.1.1. There are some suggestions here Re: Screen rotation not working that may help, but rebooting is the only sure fix. Please report it to Apple here https://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html and be sure to specify your device.
