"snap to grid" in Excel 2016

Does anyone know if "snap to grid" scrolling, particularly horizontal scrolling is available in Excel for Mac 2016? I have one computer with Excel 2011 and it certainly "snaps to grid" lines as you scroll horizontally. I recently bought Office 2016 via the yearly subscription for a second, newer Mac. And I can't find a way to set up the same "snap to grid" scrolling. Most seem to prefer smooth scrolling but I don't. I saw one document as I perused the vast chasms of the various Microsoft support areas that seemed to suggest perhaps "snap to grid" scrolling was removed as a feature in Office version 15.16. If that's true, then perhaps I'm out of luck as I am using version 15.31. I would be surprised if they removed it all together rather than just having it be an option????

Anyone over here in the Mac world know whether "snap to grid" scrolling is still available in the newest versions of Office for Mac 2016??? Especially in Excel for Mac 2016???

Not sure which community in which to place this request.
