I deleted my Instagram and I cannot download again

I mistakenly deleted my Instagram app and now i can't not download again from the AppStore because when I tap on the cloud icon it does not download.thank you

iPhone 5, iOS 10.2.1

If the above doesn't work, try a reset.

Also you could try force closing the App Store app by double tapping the Home button on your iOS device, then swipe away and close the App Store app.

Then try the app download again.
