Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that your iPhone is disabled and displays the connect to iTunes screen but when you connect your iPhone to iTunes nothing happens. I recommend using the steps from the following article to resolve this type of issue:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
