How can I download Siri female voice through mobile data connection is there is no Wi-Fi available

I can't update my apps is the size is above 100 MB is update through Wi-Fi only option is available and I want to update by mobile data connection is there is no Wi-Fi available and when I try to change to Siri female voice I cannot because there is only option for Wi-Fi so I want to change the connection to download to Mobile.only how do I do it

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.2

As far as I know it is not possible to update any app with a download of more than 100 mb over the cellular network, it can only be done on WiFi.

And with Siri if you would like to change the Accent or Gender of the voice again you need WiFi as the voices will not download on a cellular network.

If you wish to change the Siri Voice on your iPhone go to Settings > Siri > Siri Voice > and tick the options that you would like.
