How may I import contacts into iCloud Contacts from CSV?

Can you use a CSV to vCard converter?

To Import contacts stored in CSV format and saving them into iCloud, first you to convert them into the vCard format. Since iCloud feature to import contacts saved in vCard format. As both CSV and vCard format are different from each other, but still you can convert the user information into a single vCard format supported by an iCloud application.
