Apple Software for Windows

Please help??

I had an error with Apple Software for Windows on laptop. Tried deleting software and downloading new version.

Keep getting error message that I files are not present?

During download get message that software update can not delete old version of Bonjour and AppleSotware update?

As a result I have no ITunes? What can I do to fix this please?
