Is there an app or a way to control spotify with Siri while using Carplay? Like using siri and carplay with Apple Music?
You would have to ask Spotify.

Spotify has no Siri integration and it likely won't because it's a key differentiator between Spotify and Apple Music.
Or maybe there is an app that can? I have soundhound but I can't get it to work like siri does with Apple Music..
