iphone 6 exploded while charging

Hello,

My wife's iphone 6 was exploded/ burnt while charging. Thankfully nobody hurts (wife and baby -5 mo- sat only 2 meter from the phone). Phone was bought October 2015, and no issues so far until this recent incident. It uses the latest iOS i presume(home connected to wifi) and the charger was original from the box.

I've contacted @applesupport the same night, but no response. Please anybody how can i report this officially or any apple administrator can help me here?
