"scanner reported an error"

Hi,


I am using a Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.3.

I just bought a Fuji Xerox DocuPrint M265 z.

Have no problem using the printer, but can't seems to use the scanner from Mac.

Always gets the error message as shown below. I am new to MAC, please advice on how to make it work.

Any suggestion appreciated, thanks !
