I am using a Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.3.
I just bought a Fuji Xerox DocuPrint M265 z.
Have no problem using the printer, but can't seems to use the scanner from Mac.
Always gets the error message as shown below. I am new to MAC, please advice on how to make it work.
Any suggestion appreciated, thanks !

It looks like you are using Image Capture, is that correct? Yes, no scanner utility app for mac from the vendor
Have you done any basic troubleshooting like re-starting the computer? Yes, I have, it does not help
How is the scanner connected to the iMac? I have tried both wireless and wired (USB)
Are you connected to the Mac wireless? If yes then try connecting with USB. My Epson printers will print wirelessly but need a cable connection to scan to the computer. Disregard I see you have tried both ways. Maybe connected by ethernet cable?
If all else fails give the demo version of VueScan a try just to see if any app can get the printer to scan successfully.
Looks like maybe "Use Custom Size" is checked and 0's are selected for the size.
Try unchecking "Use Custom Size"
or entering a size like 8.5 x 11

How is the scanner connected to the iMac?
