I am running Safari 9.1.3 on OS 10.9.1 and I am having problems with my bank's web site and invalid security certificates. The bank's IT folks claim it is because I am running a US version of the OS. This sounds fishy. Is there such a thing as a C

If you can, check in the Mac App Store to see if you can update your OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks to 10.9.5.

That may help too, as you may get a more up to date version of Safari.

If you still have trouble with this, you can always try another third party web browser like Mozilla Firefox.

Go to Keychain Access, type the website’s name in the search area, then delete the certificate. This will cause a new certificate to be downloaded.
