Installed Itunes 6464 but will not open
null-OTHER, Windows 10
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right-click the downloaded setup file and use Run as administrator.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, or want to revert to an older version if the current one won't work properly for you at the moment.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Use 7Zip as suggested. The iTunes setup file is what is known as a self-extracting archive. 7Zip is capable of pulling out the component .msi files so they can be installed manually. There should be six .msi files and another .exe inside which you can ignore. See also section on installing Visual C++ components.

None of the extra bits get installed (Bonjour-Quicktime - Ext) only Itunes. I have tried extracting all the bits with win Zip but I think with a .exe File (Application), it is a single file. Where can I get the supporting files from ? I have tried unsuccessfully myself to get them.
Looks like you're having a similar problem as described in this other thread.
I have removed all files to do with Apple and reinstalled itunes and it still will not work
Were there any errors during the installation, or when iTunes tries to start? If so what are they?

The set up installed fine but as soon as I try to open the program I get the error
I extracted them first shot, I will now try to install them individually,
