Gift card to redeem iTunes From Lufthansa airlines

I got a gift card that I want to redeem got it as gift from lufthansa airlines but I can't since its for German store only and my acc is US account! What i' supposed to do?

Essa -

Contact Lufthansa Customer Service and politely let them know that while you appreciate the gesture, they gave you something that is unusable by anyone except a resident of Germany. They just might offer you an alternative.

All gift cards are country-specific, to redeem and use a German card you have to be in Germany with a German billing address on your account. Do you know anybody in Germany that you could sell or give the card to ?
