Can I get my iPhone's IMEI or serial from Apple?

Hello,

I have ordered an iPhone from Apple US online store and asked my friend to receive it and send it to my address (also in US). It was received successfully and been sent using the same office to me. But then it was stolen somewhere on the way.

I want to contact law enforcement for that reason but all I have for now is shipment notification in my email inbox with order number. It was paid from my bank card and billed to me and notifications were sent to my personal email.

And I was not using my Apple ID when purchasing...

Please tell me is it possible to get IMEI number or serial number (what I need for law enforcement) from Apple in this situation?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.2.1

I ordered my iPhone 7 through the online U.S. Apple Store. I can now start here on the Apple page, click the shopping bag in the upper right, then orders:

Then once I find the iPhone order, clicking "Print Invoice" reveals the serial number.

You wouldn't be expected to know this information if you never recieved the unit. File a police report for the stolen package. The police can obtain this information from Apple if they need it. If you contact Apple about the stolen shipment they can flag the device as stolen. You can give them the police report number and the police department handling the case. Since this kind of thefts cross state lines and sometimes country borders they usually involve several agencies.

I'm sorry that your iPhone got stolen. That must've really sucked, especially since you must've been so eager to have received it.
