My earphone jack won't fit in the hole on my phone?
I dropped my phone and now my earphones won't go all the way into the earphone hole. What do I do?

As your iPhone was dropped and appears to have suffered damage, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for it to be inspected and to establish your available service options, timescale and cost:
