MacBook keyboard mapping in bootcamp/windows

Anyone noticed this problem:

Installed win10 64bit via bootcamp on 2015 MacBook Pro. Actually it all seems to be working fine UNTIL I updated the driver via Apple software update which included some additional bootcamp device driver.

Now it seems that the keyboard is using a different driver so that shift-2 would give me double quote " instead of '@' sign.

I'm on Siera 10.12.3 and used the bootcamp from launcher. Any help/pointer appreciated. Thanks in advance.
