Folder BCS in MacOS Applications Folder

What is this folder BCS that I found in Applications and also in the Firewall Options?

This folder Contents/MacOS has only one file: stdout.txt. I deleted the folder from Terminal and restarted my iMac, but the folder magically appears again in Applications.

Where does it come from and what is its use?
