Can't hear voice on calls or music

Hi, not sure if it is related to the software update I installed day before to ios 10.2.1, my iphone 6S plus suddenly went silent. I cant hear any voice on calls and the other person cant too. There is no voice while playing music. I tried Itunes, youtube and different music apps. However, I can hear over calls when talking on speaker which means my hardware is just fine. No physical damage happened too. I also restarted my phone which did not solve the problem. Please help me to troubleshoot this.

Follow the instructions here as appropriate, including contacting Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider if necessary:

I have same problem with my iphone 6s plus device..I received the replaced phone device in last week. I setup the new phone.

Problem in iphone 6S Plus device: Basic functionality of phone is not working. Whenever i receive phone call i cann't hear the voice. I can hear the voice only if i put received call on speaker.

Any suggestions
