my Macbook Pro stuck on white screen after halfway Loading

My Macbook Pro a month ago got stuck on the white screen and after reseting NVRAM it worked, few days later same thing happened and NVRAM reset didn't help so i just went through the Recovery Mode didn't do anything i just restarted my laptop, and after that it happened 2 more times... first time i left it all night and in the morning worked like normal but then this time i tried alll different ways, reset NVRAM, except when i try to go through Recovery mode it just get stuck on the white screen after Loading Halfway and never go through, please if anyone knows any Solution please help.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), Slow Mac

Hi,

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that might help.

To start up in safe mode:

Start or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key. The white Apple logo appears on your display. If you don't see the Apple logo, learn what to do.
Release the shift key when you see the login window. If your startup disk is encrypted with FileVault, you might be asked to log in twice: once to unlock the startup disk, and again to log in to the Finder.

To leave safe mode, restart your Mac without pressing any keys during startup.

Hey Carolyn Samit,
so i tried the safe mode with the shift key, it asked me to login after loading with the apple logo it just turned to a Grey screen and it is still stuck, been waiting for over mnts now.
