how do i get to my settings on my apple watch?

To access the settings on your Apple Watch, either:

On your Apple Watch: when viewing the time, press the Digital Crown (round button) once to open the Home screen > tap on the gear icon to open Settings:

Or on your iPhone, in the Watch app, access settings via the My Watch and Face Gallery tabs.

Slide up from the main screen, tap the Settings icon under your apps (press the digital crown) and select the gray icon with a gear in white, or access them in the Watch app on your iPhone, depending upon which settings you are referring to.
