Why iCloud Control Panel for Windows says "Your PC is Full" ?

Hi

I am using the latest iClound control panel Ver 6.1.1.on Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I also have latest iTunes (ver 12.5.5.5) (I probably don’t even need iTunes).

The recent iCloud control panel for Windows update started to give me issues.

It would not sync between my Contacts and Calendar on my PC and iPhone 6s (iOS 6.2.1)

It says “Your PC is Full” when I click on the iCloud notification icon on the Bottom/Right side of the Windows task bar notification area.

I have plenty of hard drive space left (75GB left on my PC).

Any ideas anyone?

I have tried so far to:

- Reboot my PC

- Sign Out and back In of iClound control panel

- Make sure i have latest iClound control panel and iTunes
