Apple Watch not showing up in iPhone Health app "Sources"

It seems my Apple Watch is no longer tracking my activity data to the health app. I only see iPhone listed in sources. How do I re-add it?

Hi


The following steps may help:


On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - check that both Fitness Tracking and Health are enabled.


On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - turn on Fitness Tracking and Heart Rate.


Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:
