Everything I've read says that I should be able to cancel my subscription from within iTunes, but as can be seen in the screenshot below that's not an option. Any help would be appreciated.

That subscription isn’t one of the automatic-renewal types. Wait for it to expire, or ask the application’s developer or the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Hi Carolyn, I did exactly that. You can see from my screenshot that there isn't an option to unsubscribe.
