Haptic Feedback Bug in IOS 10.2.1?

Hello everyone!

I bought a new iPhone 7 Plus on thursday and now after some days of use I experience something like a Bug? - I'm not sure because I'm new into iOS and Apple...

So... I really liked the haptic feedback in the system while opening the control panel or swiping down, etc. But today it stopped working. I rebooted the iPhone but it worked for maybe 10 minutes and after that it stopped again. It's annoying, because I really love this feature. It makes the use of my iPhone much more "real"...

I can't really tell what the trigger for that bug is... Maybe it is "Skype" or "Piano Tiles 2" I used both apps today and I think after the use of those apps the system-haptic (if called different in english please correct me, I'm german) stopped working.

Can anybody help me? It's frustrating to Reboot the iPhone everytime to get it working again...
