Hello, my iphone 6s is informing me that the icloud storage is almost full.
In the mean time there are 182 MB of back ups and 4.7 GB of documents.
No photos, photo library is off.
I don't know how to clean these 4.7 GB of documents.
icloud storage is showing me some KBs of mail, and some 3.2 MB of whatsupp,
nothing more.

Other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything.
Contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.

Really odd. Try signing out of your iCloud account, wait a few minutes, then sign back in.
After sign out and back in, the back up is gone (icloud said it was incomplete anyway),
so currently there are 250 MB free, but all other is the same.
