what is the voltage rating of the Macbook Air battery? the normal rating of voltage and current?

I bought a new Macbook Air but I think my battery is damaged. 1 hour of web browsing usage consumed 20%, is this normal? In the specs it states that the 100% battery charge should last around 10-12 Hours, mine would last 5-6 hours.

I tried to check the voltage of my battery and it is stating 8000 mV although I was checking online and i found that it should state 12000 mV, could this be the issue?

For reference, my MacBook Air is currently running on 7728mV, running 5 hours on battery and has left 63% charge. It depends what web sites you're visiting, browsing static content sites or websites with flash content will make a huge difference.
