How To Do Vlogs with iPhone 7 plus 4k

Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here records video logs with their iPhone 7 Plus and uses the 4K rear camera? I was wondering do you have any tricks on how to record yourself, how to make sure you are centered?

I love to do vlogs with my iPhone with the Facetime camera at 1080p but I am hoping to transition to the 4K video. To bad Apply didn't make the Facetime Camera 4K as well.

I would love to hear from the people who are shooting lots of 4K video, if they have any tips or tricks to shoot vlogs of yourself.

Thank you

XP, iOS 4

Hey Brandon! Just read your question. Im sure im a bit too late but just in case!..I'm not a vlogger but I do love to do video just for fun. As far as using your rear camera, if you're not going to be seated, I would suggest just practicing and using it often. You'll begin to learn where you need to point the camera to have yourself centered. Another thought would be having a small pocketsized mirror and clipping it onto your phone so you can see yourself, and figuring out where to have it to represent where the camera is aiming. (Trying to think of some outside the box ideas lol) When you vlog do you often move around or are you generally sitting down in one spot? If you are sitting you can frame before hand. Otherwise, maybe look into investing in a camera that allows you to flip your screen around. Who knows, maybe the new iPhone will have an upgraded facetime camera!
