no device tab on itunes

i too can't add my ipod to the devices as there is no tab when the ipod is plugged in. When I plug in my 1st ipod, it shows up. How do I add the second ipod and name it?

I too dont have a device tab in itunes cud u pls tell me how to get it as ive had the ipod since christmas and still cant use it pls pls pls help

From your descriptions, it sounds like your iPod is not showing up in iTunes. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant by "tab", but whatever.

There is no "device tab" in iTunes. When you connect the iPod it appears in the source list on the left had side under "devices".

If you are looking for a "tab" in the summary screen you won't find one.
