iTunes 12 Equalizer settings file location?

Hello,

I have gotten a new computer, and a new hard drive along with it. In an attempt to completely transfer my iTunes library from my old hard drive to my new hard drive's fresh iTunes installation, I copied over the iTunes folder in Music, the .plist files from AppData, and even did the trick when starting iTunes where you hold down Shift and select your old iTunes library.

Everything has imported successfully, besides the one thing that I really want: my custom Equalizer settings.

Where does iTunes 12 store these settings, so I can transfer them to my new computer?
