Separating business and personal contacts

I would like to know if I can have two separate Contacts apps running on my laptop and iPhone? Currently all my personal and business contacts are in one address book, which syncs to iCloud and to my computer at work. I run a small business with five staff. My staff needs access to all of our business contacts, but I would like to keep my personal contacts off their computers. I currently have my iCloud account syncing on all of their computers in order for them to have access to Contacts. If they wanted to, they could get into my other iCould settings including photos, keychain, etc just by changing the settings in their System Preferences. Is there another way I can have everyone sync'd to the same contacts without having my staff have access to my personal info? Thanks!
