Ical: can multiple invitees see each other's info?

Hi - If I invite several people to view a calendar event I have created, can the different invitees see each other's email addresses/names? For example, I would like to use icalendar to invite clients to business meetings but also invite my husband so he is aware of my schedule; I just don't want the client to see my husband's name/address. Thanks

If you invite several people to view a calendar event the invitees can not see each other email addresses .

For business meetings , if you want I calendar to invite others read this article : Calendar (El Capitan): Share calendar accounts

Make events private

If you have a shared calendar account, you can make private events that can’t be viewed by others.

  1. Double-click or force click an event, then click the event’s date.
  2. Select the Private checkbox. If there is no Private checkbox, the event either has invitees or isn’t administered through a CalDAV or Exchange server.
