Apple has designed iOS to be very secure.There are currently no viruses in the wild that will affect an unjailbroken iPhone. As long as you don't jailbreak your iPhone, you have minimal risk.

Make sure you have a passcode on your iPhone and enable two-factor authentication on your Apple ID.
